Quakerbridge Mall -- Summer Construction?
Quakerbridge Mall is set for an up to 50% expansion which will include a three level parking garage. It will include a new 140,000 square foot store for Penney's, a long time tenant. The expansion is expected to generate more than 1,000 new full-time jobs.

According to an article in the Times of Trenton, a proposal to convert a convent to apartments, brought on some lively discussion.Perhaps 10-14 apartments would be in the plan, according to Project Freedom.

Anybody Want To Buy A Water Company?

The Lawrenceville Water Company has plenty of suitors for its infrastructure. They draw water from four local wells, in addition to purchasing from New Jersey American. This proposed sale comes amid ongoing news about Trenton Water Works changing hands also.
